Water Drops

Lately it's been dark by the time I get off work so I've decide it's time to start goofing off again with things in the home. Last night I attempted my skills at the "Water Drop". Here are a few:

Macro Attempt 1

So I was given a reverse mounting ring (thanks Dan) so I could do some Macro photography. I'm still trying to get it just right, but here are some of my first attempts. First off my setup: two lamps, duct tape, A clamp, tripod, and a piece of white paper:



First I tried a penny:



Then a Hot Wheels car (my favorite):



And then my ring:
